Self-organization mechanics of knowledge diffusion in a networks
A network is a structural form of knowledge diffusion and elementary interaction state among organizations knowledge, and knowledge self-organization is an embedded principle of knowledge interactions in a network, the researches on knowledge self-organization mechanics in a network are very important in theories and practices. In the paper, we consider an organizations knowledge reaction cycle, self-catalyzing cycle, and knowledge cross-cycle among organizations, and then a hyper-cycle structure of a knowledge network is presented. Secondly, the selforganization theories are introduced to study the network knowledge self-organization mechanics, and the models are established according to the basic equation of synergetic theories. Lastly, two simulative analyses of knowledge diffusions are given by the analysis of the models, our results tend to support the conclusions that an organization knowledge growth is related to his knowledge level and is restricted by his frontal and latter agents in a network.
