Enterprise Knowledge, Organizational Learning and Technological Innovation
This paper probes into the relationship among knowledge, learning and innovation at the level of enterprise and it holds that the organizational learning is the precondition for the knowledge accumulation of the enterprise, the most important process of innovation as well as the best approach to cultivation of the core capability. There exists learning curve and Bayes learning effect in the process of innovation of enterprise, many different learning styles interact and inter-infiltrate with each other. This paper analyzes two different enterprise learning-innovation modes and points out that the enterprise should effectively integrate and utilize these two modes so as to improve the innovation performance.
