A Successful ERP System Case Study Based on Comprehensive Analysis of Influencing Factors
Focusing on the problems about the low success rate of IS and lack of comprehensive success and failure factors analysis, a IS conceptual framework on business perspective is applied for comprehensive analysis on a successfully implemented and applied ERP system case. It is shown that the foremost purpose in constructing IS is to obtain solutions to business challenges, the factors related to management, organization and technology have interactive influence on IS success or failure, and the key of IS success lies in if it combines effectively with management transformations and organization measures embedded in it.
