Study on Decision Support System of Flood Disaster Based on the Overall Process Emergency Management

摘要：

The emergency management of flood disaster should run through the overall process: pre-flood disaster phase, flood disaster phase, post-flood disaster phase, not only for the emergency response of flood. This paper studies the necessity and feasibility of the emergency management decision support system (DSS) of flood disaster, puts forward the systematic framework of overall process emergency management, and finally expounds the function design of each application subsystem.
