Innovation Oriented Selection for Shanghai Business Process Outsourcing Industry

摘要：

On the basis of summarizing international business process outsourcing patterns, this paper explained the reasons for the selection of BPO based on hybrid pattern of factor endowment selection and the future strategy-innovation oriented strategy. Then, this paper interpreted the methodology, the data source and analysis. At last, this paper put forward the selection for Shanghai BPO, which is to choose the four important industries, which are software development outsourcing, R&D outsourcing, and logistic outsourcing and finance outsourcing.
