The Research on Benefits Maximizes of Purchasers in the Reverse Auction

摘要：

This paper mainly analyses the influence factors for the purchaser brought by the reverse auction mode with the representative of online reverse auction technique (RAT) in the supply chain management, the biggest of two influence namely the purchasing cost lower and the impact to the traditional supply relationship, and analyses how the purchaser avoid risk on this foundation.
