Service Quality Evaluation of the Third-Party Logistics
Nowadays more and more enterprises choose to outsource their logistics business to the third-party logistics as it is rapidly expanding, so the service quality evaluation of the third-party logistics is increasingly significant, outsourcing enterprises should evaluate the service quality of the third-party logistics regularly after signing the outsourcing contract. Proper evaluating indicator system and scientific evaluating method are the basic of scientific evaluation. This paper establishes the evaluating indicator system from the perspective of outsourcing enterprises at first, the evaluating indicator system contains four major categories indicator which are classified according to the primary outsourcing motivations; secondly, evaluates the four major categories indicators with the efficiency coefficient method specifically; thirdly, evaluates the service quality of the thirdparty logistics synthetically on the basic of the former evaluation; at last, analyzes the evaluation result according to the evaluation mark and presents some suggestions which aim at different evaluation results and different outsourcing enterprises.
