Risk Management of Global Supply Chain
This paper discusses the matter of risk management of global supply chain. After giving some fundamental definitions, charicteristics of global supply chain risk and the process of risk management are summed up, then risk identification, risk assessment are expounded respectively, which is validated by a case study. Some universal risk mitigation means are put forward in the fifth section. Finally, conclusions and future research directions are summarized.
