Study on Differential Equation and Solution of Throttle Slice Deformation of Shock Absorber
In this paper, the mechanics modal of ring elastic slice is established, and the differential equation of ring elastic slice’s deformation is established based on flexibility mechanics, utilizing the boundary conditions, get the general solution of ring elastic slice’s deformation surface, and then find a simple precise applied deformation coefficient (Gr) of ring elastic slice by identically transforming the general solution of ring elastic slice, The Gr and it’s physics meaning at different radius are studied, the solution of deformation equation at any radius is researched, so Gr is creating precise computation method way of ring elastic slice’s deformation, has very important meaning in the design computation, verification analysis, and optimization design, at the same time, it provides a effective method for mathematics theory better used in practical application.
