Proportional Production Research for Machining-center Based on Multi-Agent

In the modern manufacturing of many varieties and small batch, the manufacturing processes usually have mixed-flow production. How tasks can be distributed in the different machining-centers when different parts are machined in one machining-center and one part is machined in different machining-centers, thus two problems have become the key difficulty to carry on Lean Production in enterprises. By proportional production we can reduce the quantities of the final working procedure in the assembly line to the most, and die down the lowness phase in order to make the process flow harmony. Many factors should be considered in the process of scheduling in enterprises’ shops, for example, process capacity, spare time rate of machines, process cost, transport cost, process time, transport time, the date of delivery and so on. The modeling of logistics scheduling in enterprises’ shops which is based on multi-agent takes account of many factors above, which is a preferable way to solve these problems. In this paper, the multiagent physics model about enterprise’s manufacturing logistics is set up. This model can be divided into two sub-models concerning operation and control. On the basis of setting up multi-agent physics model about enterprise’s manufacturing logistics, this paper focuses on the analysis and research of process Agent in order to make proportional machining. According to how to distribute tasks in order to proportional production, this paper discusses how to account TT under the condition of complicated production constraints through setting up the model based on process Agent. Finally the rationality and validity of this model is proved by an example.
