The Analysis on the Peasants Cogitation and the Change of Welfare in the Process of Land Requisition—According to the Questionnaires of Peasants and Village Leaders in the Urban Fringe of Wuhan City

摘要：

Along with the advancement of industrialization and urbanization, the amount of farmland translating into construction land is increasing by the way of land requisition. This text takes Wuhan city as an example, investigates and analyses the welfare contrast of peasant.Through the research, it indicates that the farmer approve of the farmland conversion for national benefit ，but they are not content with the policy. After land requisition, the economical welfare and the social welfare are declining; the ecological welfare is hard to evaluate. Finally, some reasonable suggestion has been put forward from three aspects:explicitly define the public benefit , raise the compensation ,perfect the social nsurance system.
