Study on the Intensive Use of Industrial Land in Urban Fringe

摘要：

Urban fringe is a extremely active economical belts of Chinese economy and society. At present, it is a region where the problems of landuse are various and most intense.How to improve the efficiency of industrial landuse in urban fringe, it is the most important for China to improve the overall efficiency of intensive use of land. Based on the analyses of the present situation and the problems of the use of the industrial land in urban fringe, the researcher clarifies the connotation of the intensive use of industrial land in urban fringe, and advances policy suggestions about promoting the intensive use of industrial land in urban fringe.
