Development of Modified Nanometer Materials and Toughened PA66 for Pipe

摘要：

The development of modified nanometer materials and toughened PA66 for pipe was introduced emphatically. The modified PA66 was produced by using twin screw extruder. The effects of PA66 resin, several kinds of additives such as nanometer materials, toughening agent, etc. and the production process on the properties of the modified PA66 were studied. The optimized process parameters and compounding formula were confirmed. The oil field pipe made by the modified PA66 could meet the performance request thoroughly, and it was successfully applied to oil field pipe.
