STUDY OF NEW TYPE OF NANOMETER RECOMBINATION PET CHIPS OF BEER BOTTLE
In this paper,nanometer additive is added into the synthesis of polydthylene glyoel terephalate(PET),the chips of high barrier behaviour is produced,the chips of PET is made into beer bottles,is used in beer packing field .This will develop new kinds of PET products. In this paper,nanometer additive is added into the synthesis of polydthylene glyoel terephalate(PET),the chips of high barrier behaviour is produced,the chips of PET is made into beer bottles,is used in beer packing field .This will develop new kinds of PET products. Barrier principle of PET and way of improving barrier behaviour of PET are studied,Recombination is used to improve barrier of PET in this study.The effects of nanometer additive on PET synthesis ways,experiment prove:the nanometer additive is effected on the reaction of esterexchange ,is not effected on the reaction of esterfication.all kinds of nanometer additive is studied.Finlly we regard nanometer collosol as nanometer additive,it can dispersion evenly in PET.It do not effdct on reaction of easterexchange and polymerization process;nanometer collosol is modified ,high molecular chemical compound is added into nanometer collosol,experiment prove:it can improve dispersion of nanometer apparently and improve the light transmittance of recombination material;By the study of the addition of nanometer additive,it define the addition of additive is 1-5%,it will improve the barrier behaviour of PET(the transparency of oxysen of high barrier bottle is 1.9×10 -5 cm 3 /m 2 dPa ,the transparency of oxysen of PET bottle 4.4×10 -5 cm 3 /m 2 dPa ),and the transparency of recombination material is good(he transparency of light of high barrier bottle is 79.2%,the transparency of oxysen of PET bottle is 87.3%) .By the study of polymerization technology,it defines all kinds of technology in synthesis of PET chips,the temperature of esterfication is 220-250 ℃,the pressure is 0.2-0.3Mpa,the temperature of condensation polymerization is 285±2 ℃,the temperature of solid phase polymerization is 210-225 ℃,the vaccum of condensation polymerization is less than 70 Pa.This condition can assurance the behaviour of polymerization products can meet demand of blowing bottle technology.
