Study on Performance of a Novel Hydro-upgrading Catalyst ARO-1 fo FCC LCO
A novel hydro -upgrading catalyst ARO-1 was prepared by means of wetness impregnation on mixed support of USY zeolite and amorphous silica alumina. The structure and properties of ARO-1 catalyst were characterized by XRD, XRF, IR and BET techniques. The performance of ARO-1 catalyst was evaluated using a 15mL fixed-bed reactor hydrogenation unit. Under the condition of P(H2) = 8.5MPa, V(H2)/V(oil) = 750:1, LHSV = 1.0h -1 and T = 633K, ARO-1 catalyst showed excellent catalytic performance for FCC LCO hydro-upgrading, desulfurization rate of 97.7%, denitrogenation rate of 99.8 %, density reduction of 0.0416 g/cm 3 , diesel yield of 97.6wt%, it has the advantages of high diesel distillate yield with high cetane index.
