Development of Sonochemical Reactor at a high frequency on a large scale

The large sonochemical reactor was developed by using twelve PZT transducers. When the liquid height was from 400 to 435 mm, the I3 - production rate has a maximum value. In the case of high ultrasonic power, the I3 - production rate for transducers located at side wall was higher than that at bottom wall. The sonochemical efficiency for a large sonochemical reactor in this study was almost same as those for laboratory.
