Experimental study of producing high purity methanol from industrial grade methanol by batch extractive distillation

摘要：

The technology of preparation high grade methanol from industrial methanol which was produced from coal is very important in our country. The batch extractive distillation experiment was investigated in this paper. The experiment result shows that DMSO is a good solvent for remove impurities. The acceptable product was obtained in the top of extractive distillation column. The reflux ration of pre-fraction section and product section was decided through experiment and the result is R1=8, R2=5.
