Effects of Operational Conditions on Hydrogen Fermentation Characteristics
The effects of component in the wastewater on the hydrogen fermentation characteristics from organic wastewater by using granular sludge were examined. The hydrogen yield has maxima against the glucose and NH4Cl concentrations. The effect of polypeptone on hydrogen yields is small. The hydrogen yield slightly decreases with increasing KH2PO4 concentration.
