Study on the Damage of Magnetic Recording Media

摘要：

A series of friction and wear test with different damage degrees were made on a group of floppy disks. Through investigating the change situations of recording characteristics of magnetic recording media before and after test as well as combining the Nano-tribology researching method, the critical area that the recording characteristics of magnetic recording media turning to failure was found out. Finally, descriptionsand tokens of damages in the test were discussed.
