STUDY ON PREPARATING TECHNOLOGY OF NANO Ni-TiN COMPOSITE LAYER BY ULTRASONIC-ELECTRODEPOSITING METHOD
The ultrasonic-electrodepositing method is used for preparing nanocermet TiN composite layers on steel substrates in this paper. The action of mechanical disturbance of ultrasonic wave on the mass-transfer of electrolyte, the restraint action of ultrasonic cavitation effect on reunion of nano particles and the action of electric pulse parameters on the nucleation and growth of grains have been studied by experiments. The nanocermet TiN composite layer consist of nanocrystalline nickel (30-60nm) and nano TiN particles has been obtained on the surface of common metal substrates by using optimum technology parameters. The composite layers possess following characteristics: firmly combining with substrates and combining force was 89N, thickness was between 11-12 μ m, and average surface hardness was HV606.
