Study on Capsule of ACV of Anti-Virus Medicine for Bombyx Mori
This is a feasible examination to test a material medicine-ACV according to medicine Ⅳ for Bombyx mori of China. The results show: Virus breeding can be repressed by ACV of high density for B.m cell; it (its density controlled 25μg/ml, 50μg/ml, 100μg/ml) has some effect of treatment to the NPV disease and obviously preventable effect. The test of security for silkworm is showed: this medicine had un-remarkable influence to character of economy, the quality of silk and the next generation. The pharmacokinetics test in silkworm body about ACV shows: the metabolizable periods of this medicine in silkworm body is 24-hour; the stability of this medicine is very good, can suitable the prescriptive.
