Differential Proteome Analysis of Salt Stress Responses in Mulberry by Two-dimensional Electrophoresis
Hybridized mulberry seedlings were treated under salt stress. The differential proteome of mulberry under salt stress was analyzed by using the two-dimensional electrophoresis of IPG-IEF/SDS-PAGE. The results showed that protein types of the control were the most, and that in roots under salt stress decreased obviously and using GB in roots under salt stress increased lightly. Compared with the proteins in mulberry roots, there were slight differences in the protein kinds of mulberry leaves by different treatments. Compared with the control, respectively, 20, 43 spots in mulberry roots and leaves under salt stress and 26, 42 spots by GB treatment through root system under salt stress were conspicuously different.
