Study on the High-throughput Analysis of Proteome in Silkworm, Bombyx mori
This paper explored the feasibility on LC-ESI Q-TOF MS technology for high-throughput analysis of silkworms proteome by using the newly hatched larvae as materials. The conclusion showed that 1 DE-LC-MS technology would have the unique use value in the detection and identification of the specific protein components, the construction of proteome database and the research of differential proteome in silkworm.
