The Research of Measuring Interior and Exterior Temperatures of Cocoon in Cocoon Cooking Process

摘要：

In the past time, cocoon cooking status was analyzed only according to cocoon cooking water, the interior temperature status of cocoon was ignored, and then the convenient device of measuring interior and exterior temperatures of cocoon was devised. This paper introduced the device and analyzed some sets of temperature profiles collected on the spot by it, and draw a comparison between the analytical results and the actual production, then came to a conclusion.
