The Study on Automatic Test System for Silk Cohesion

摘要：

This paper develops an automatic test system for silk cohesion that is composed of circular delivering and assistant delivering mechanism, tension and abrasion mechanism, and sensor and computer system. It realizes the functions of automatic data collecting, transmitting, processing, displaying and depositing, increases efficiency, veracity, objectivity and automaticity of the test work. Meanwhile, parameter K, that is the slope that is obtained from linear fitting with diameter increment and abrasion circle, is introduced to evaluate the cohesion.
