Research on Influence of Thin Machine-sewing Fabrics Properties and Diagonal Way on Seam Pucker

摘要：

This research chooses two kinds of common fabrics in garment production, silk and polyester stretch chemical fibre, to test the seam pucker changes of the different diagonal way yam fabric under the same sewing condition. By using the measuring calculation method, it analyzes the influence of the variety, thickness and density of the fabric on the seam pucker and the curve changes of diagonal way seam pucker. It also figures out the changes of diagonal way seam pucker curve and the differential value curve changes of seam pucker of fabrics upper and bottom layers by using polynomial equation.
