Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometric Analysis of Protein Secondary Structures of Regenerated Antheraea Pernyi Silk Fibroins
The Antheraea Pernyi (tussah) silk fibroins were dissolved with Lithium thiocyanate solution in order to be spun using wet-spinning and electrospinning, then regenerated Antheraea Pernyi silk fibroin fibers were obtained. After quantitative analysis of secondary structure change of Antheraea Pemyi silk fibroin, regenerated fibroin fibers spun by wet- spinning and electrospinning using FTIR, it was found that the secondary structure of Antheraea Pemyi silk fibroins was different form those of regenerated fibroin fibers by wet-spinning and electrospinning. The former were mainly random coil and β-turn, the latter mainly random coil, separately.
