Unstructured Decision-making Model Base on Triangular Fuzzy Number
Experts use natural language in the unstructured decision problem, when they are establishing value by pairwise comparison. It can fully express experts will, and make experts scoring more scientific. Fuzzy numbers are introduced, then propose a expansionary 9-point scale and new fuzzy unstructured decision-making. At last, this paper explains rationality of this way by one case.
