The Game Theory Analysis on Power Plants Pricing Tactic in an Oligarch Market
Under the electric power market circumstance, self- governed power plants must constitute feasible pricing tactic and participate the market competition actively to maximize their profits. The electric power market is an incomplete monopolizing market, in this paper, the author made a deep analysis on the power plants pricing tactics with Stackelberg dynamic game model based on electric power markets characteristics. The author pointed out that power plants should cooperate mutually and shouldnt increase output and low price hotheadedly, or the whole industry will suffer a defeat.
