Study on the Model of High-tech Enterprise Governance Structure

摘要：

This paper makes use of principal-agent theory to construct a model of high-tech enterprise governance structure. Under the assumption that clients and agents are all risk-neutral, the paper establishes a principal-agent model and then we get a sort of contract arrangement of high-tech enterprises, and such contract arrangement can make management elites and technology elites achieve the maximization of their own utilities.
