A Further Result on the Existence of Essential Components of the Solution Set in Generalized Games
We defined a correspondence between the set of generalized games and their best response correspondences, and proved that the fixed point set of each best response correspondence has at least one essential component, hence the equilibrium set of each generalized game has at least one essential component. This result generalized Yu and Luos result to a more general case in which the payoff functions are quasiconcave.
