The Multi-objective Linear Programming and Decision Analysis of Residential Real Estate Development
This paper considers the risk estimation of the real estate development from the characters of the real estate and the function analysis of the residential real estate, gives a decision analysis for one certain residential community based on the mathematic model of the multi-objective linear programming and gets the optimum solution. It gives a valuable reference for the design scheme and allocation, and illustrates systematic generalization of the optimum solution for the residential real estate development decision-making.
