Protein Contact Map Prediction Using Evolutionary Optimization Technique

摘要：

Contact map, as a transitional step to solve the problem of the prediction of proteins three- dimensional structure, is one key factor to represent a specific protein structure and therefore may be helpful to solve the proteins 3D structure. As previous works reported, even a corrupted contact map Can be used to reconstruct its corresponding protein structure. Thus, it is capable of predicting protein structure partially through the prediction of proteins contact map.
