An Initial Research on the Legislation of National Geoparks in China
As an effective way to protect and make good use of geological relic resources, national geoparks in China have cause more and more attentions from all social circles. The construction of geoparks could not only protect geological relic resources effectively, but also promote the sustainable development of local social economics. The author of this article analyses many existing problems on the management and construction of geoparks in point of law and puts forward legislative suggestions on setting up legal system of national geoparks in China.
