Zoning and Interpretation Systems: the Key Tools of Environmental Protection and Education in Geoparks

摘要：

Base on analyzing geoparks functions, and consulting the zoning of nature reserves in China and national parks in Canada, this paper puts forward a scheme for zoning system in geoparks. It also expatiates on the importance of interpretation, and designs an interpretation system in geoparks. Afterwards, it takes Beijing Fangshan World Geopark to make a case study and give improving suggestions for a better environmental protection and education.
