The Ecological Environmental Protection in Geopark
Geopark is a relatively new concept, put forward on the end of 20 century. Geopark is first established for the protection and utilization of geological relics, and secondly to promote research, promote popular science and environmental education, geoparks other main function is to stimulate the development of the local tourism economy. Geopark construction has played a positive role on the eco- logical environment, but inevitably also produced some negative effects. This paper pointed out the eco-logical environment in geopark construction, and proposed to tackle the problem according to those solutions, with a view of geopark can be sustained and rapid development.
