NUMERICAL STUDY ON SEISMIC RESPONSE ANALYSIS OF REINFORCED CONCRETE AQUEDUCT
In this paper, the theory of analysis related to response of earthquake of overhead reinforced concrete aqueduct is introduced. Based on the theory, the dynamic finite element model of the aqueduct is built, and different methods including dry mode, additional mass and Arbitrary Lagrange Euler are used to analyze the dynamic effect of the fluid and structure. The numerical simulation is conducted to reproduce the whole process of work of aqueduct under different condition, and the final result is used to design and applied into the real project. The whole analysis is structured with the analysis of nonlinear reinforced concrete material, the analysis of static interaction between the fluid and the structure and the dynamic interaction, the analysis of the aqueduct system character of free vibration and the analysis of the capability curve of the pier of the aqueduct system. At the last, the conclusion is obtained that the dynamic finite element method applied in the analysis of interaction of fluid and struclure can be used to simulate the process of the aqueduct system under the earthquake loads, and the normal law of the response of earthquake of the aqueduct system can be summarized.
