SIMULATION ANALYSIS OF TEMPERATURE CHRACTERISTCS FOR A THEATER FIRE

In order to improve the fire protection level of theaters, this paper analyzed fire temperature distribution characteristics of a certain theater. By introducing CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) method and adopting FDS simulation software, two fire scenarios were considered during the simulation analysis. The fire sources were located in the front seats near the stage of theater under conditions whether the fire extinguishing system was out of work or not. Therefore, the conclusions are of great help to fire safety design and management of the stone type of buildings.
