RESEARCH ON THE BRITTLE DAMAGE CONSTITUTIVE MODEL FOR UNIAXIAL TENSION OF ORDINARY STRENGTH HIGH PERFORMANCE CONCRETE

The ordinary strength concrete under C50 has been put into broad use in the practical engineering. The research on ordinary strength high performance concrete seems particularly important in a bid to improve the structure durability. Based on the damage theory of brittle materials, this paper puts forward the constitutive equations on tension of ordinary strength high performance concrete by analyzing complete tensile stress-strain curves. It turns out comparatively good coincidence between theoretical analysis and experimental results.
