A STUDY OF GRADING STANDARD OF RECYCLED CONCRETE AGGREGATE

摘要：

The nature of recycled concrete aggregate is the main factor affecting performances of recycled aggregate concrete, so its worth both in theory and application to systematically study the grading standard of recycled aggregate. The recycled aggregate grading standard was proposed based on the main indices including water absorption, crush index, soundness, and the miner indices, such as apparent density, bulk density, and content of harmful impurity etc. And then the indices above of recycled aggregates from different environment were tested. At the same time, workability, compressive strength, chloride permeability of recycled aggregate concretes made of different aggregate were tested to revise the proposed grading standard. Results show that the presented grading standard is rational, which is a guide to promote and apply the recycled aggregate.
