Improved BP Algorithms Applied to Fault Diagnosis of Stabilized Gyrocompass System

By analyzing the structure feature of a stabilized gyrocompass system, the model of fault diagnosis is designed. In this paper, A BP neural network is applied to fault diagnosis. The focuses of this paper are two aspects: parameters optimization of improved BP algorithms and how to adjust the self-adaptive learning rate. Finally, the trained network is used to detect faults and achieves the satisfactory effectiveness.
