The Accurate Modification of Coordinate of Celestial Bodies Based on Proper Motion

摘要：

The coordinates of celestial bodies are associated with modification of inertial navigation system and positioning by means of celestial navigation. This article presents much more accurate equations of the modification of bodies based on proper motion, and gives calculation for the proper motion in right ascension and proper motion in declination from proper motion and precession of the equinoxes.
