摘要：

This paper highlights recent and ongoing research related to applications of Computer-assisted navigation technique in the Neuro-surgical operation. The purpose is to provide an overview for those reviewing research proposals in this field. It also provides a general introduction to virtual reality especially as it relates to health care.
