Automatic Calibration Scheme Design of Limited Attitude Inertial Platform
Error calibration and compensation is an important means for increasing the precision of inertial systems. The inertial platform can achieve automatic calibration depending on the capability of turning and locking of its frame. This paper designs a 9- position automatic calibration scheme for a limited attitude inertial platform. The main 20 terms error parameters effecting the precision inertial systems are separated without any aided calibration device. The scheme shortens time of calibration on condition that the required precision of calibration is achieved.
