A Torque Loading Control System

摘要：

A control system used for torque loading is introduced in this paper. The actuating component for the system is a magnetic particle clutch which is controlled by MCS-51 single chip microcomputer. The system control scheme and system properties are provided in brief. The detailed circuit designs for the system are described as well. Experimental results indicate that the control system can accurately change the loaded torque according to the actual rotational speed and a given function relationship.
