The Modal and Application of Fuzzy Reliability Prediction for Electronic Equipment

摘要：

The dynamic range of radars parameter excursion is blured in the paper. Applying the theory of parameter estimate of statistics, a modal to predict radars parameter fuzzy reliability is established. And optimize the check-up period of radars parameter with this modal, it is proved to applied and ascendant via an example.
