Recognition of Moving Targets in Arbitrary Scenes by VC
A new method for the extract of moving targets in arbitrary scenes by VC is proposed in this paper. It is focus on processing three frames of consectary image series, thus not only the effect of removing noise is good, but also the significant segment can be extracted. Compared with traditional difference method, it can gain good effectiveness. Then Otsu method is used to gain the dynamical threshold of the image, finally a label arithmetic is applied to process the binarization image separating the moving targets. It takes less time than traditional method recognizing moving targets, so it is fit for realizing the real-time recognition and trace to moving targets using hardware circuit.
