Variable Bit Rate Speech Coding Research Based on Multi-Band Excitation

摘要：

The main difficulty of reducing bit rate of Multi- band excitation speech coding algorithm lies in efficient quantization of the spectral amplitude vector. In this thesis, the author presents a variable bit rate speech-coding algorithm based on Multi-Band Excitation (MBE) speech coding model.
