Simulation Calculation on the Sound Insulation Performances of Decoupling Material
The sound insulation performance of decoupling meterial is studied in this thesis. The formula of input impedance、 homology coefficient and insertion penalty of the decoupling material with multiple layer architecture is provided by using the method of transitive matrix. The frequency spectrum of insertion penalty of the decoupling material is given by computer simulation. The results showed that the sound insulation performance of decoupling material is influenced by the layers parameters: the sound velocity、 the loss factor、 the density、 the thickness and the layers number, etc. The sound insulation performance of decoupling material can be obviously improved by enlarging the meterial loss factor and the layers number, reducing the sound velocity, and enlarging the layers number can improve the sound insulation performance in low frequency and expand the sound insulation frequency band.
