Equivalent Circuit of Cymbal Transducer

The cymbal transducer has been analyzed in theory by using Rayleigh-Ritz method. In simple harmonic situation a finite series has been used to describe the distribution of displacement curve. Kinetic energy and potential energy of cymbal transducer have been described with Rayleigh-Ritz method. The equivalent mass M<,E>, dynamic flexibility C<,M>, static state clamp capacitance C<,B>, machine- electric transformation coefficient N and equivalent circuit of cymbal transducer have been solved. The vibration displacement curve of equivalent circuit is calculated and compared with displacement curves that have been calculated by the finite element method by means of ANSYS 5.7 software and laser scanning apparatus real measurement. The harmonic frequency of equivalent circuit is also compared with the harmonic frequency of Agilent 4294 A impedance analyzer measurement.
